资源简介:
The Western Australian Department of Environment and Conservation has advised that species with a conservation status in Western Australia are considered to be sensitive. As a result, exact location information is not displayed in public records of Western Australian occurrences of these species. The Western Australia Wildlife Conservation Act 1950 lists threatened species and only differentiates between Presumed Extinct, Threatened and Other Specially Protected taxa. The legal terminology for threatened flora is Declared Rare Flora. Under State policy, IUCN criteria are used to differentiate the threat ranking of listed threatened species of flora and fauna. Additionally, under State policy, poorly known or data deficient species, rare but not threatened species, and conservation dependent species are listed as Priority Species and are also regarded as a species with a conservation status.
