Data supporting the study of Rugulopteryx okamurae biomass dynamics and benthic recolonisation in Marseille

This repository contains two datasets used in the study of Rugulopteryx okamurae in Marseille, north-western Mediterranean Sea.

The first dataset, Biomasse_rugulopteryx.xlsx, includes dry biomass measurements of Rugulopteryx okamurae collected at two sites, two depths, and eight sampling dates between June 2021 and June 2022.

The second dataset, data_quadrat-colonisation.xlsx, includes photoquadrat-derived percentage cover data from fixed quadrats monitored after experimental clearing, used to analyse benthic community recolonisation and the return of R. okamurae
