CircRNA is widely involved in various physiological and pathological biological processes. However, the function of circRNAs in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) has not been fully elucidated. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the key circRNA in OSAHS and clarify the molecular mechanism of it in OSAHS The differentially expressed circRNAs was identified by transcriptome sequencing analysis in intermittent hypoxia(IH) model. GO and KEGG enrichment analysis was performed to the differentially expressed circRNAs. Circular characteristics of hsa_circ_0081065 in HUVECs was detected by RT-qPCR. Sublocalization of hsa_circ_0081065 was examined by FISH. Function of hsa_circ_0081065 on endothelial to mesenchymal transition (EndMT) was estimated by detecting the expression of EndMT related markers. RNA-pull down, RIP, EMSA,dual-luciferase reporter assay and immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the relationship between hsa_circ_0081065, miR-665 and HIF-1α
