Physical activity can assist in managing cognitive decline and dementia but one of the barriers is the lack of available activities the carer and person with dementia can do together. Table tennis is a safe and beneficial activity the carer and the people with dementia can engage in together. The present study aimed to examine the effect of 12 weeks of table tennis on cognitive performance, physical activity, and health state of people with Subjective Cognitive Decline and early cognitive impairment.
