The underwriter with the highest number of SPAC IPO deals worldwide as of 2023 was EF Hutton, followed by B. Riley FBR and Westpark Securities. EF Hutton had by then been the underwriter of 9 SPAC IPOs, while B. Riley FBR also had nine, and Westpark Securites eight.
