资源简介:
Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB). One emerging host factor that may play a role in TB disease is the microbiota. They participate in many cellular processes and are essential to various organ systems. The link between the microbiota and persistent infection in the lungs of TB patients is currently an essential topic for further research. Therefore, the microbiota composition in TB patients needs to be analyzed mainly from BALÂ fluid. Bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid, obtained through bronchoscopy, best reflects the composition of the microbiota in the lower respiratory tracts (LRT) and alveoli of humans. Metagenomic data of bacterial 16SrRNA in bronchoalveolar lavage patients suspected TB Â have a role for Mycobacterium tuberculosis detected and nontuberculous Mycobacteria in various number unique reads
