Data and Code; Activity-dependent node of Ranvier shortening and myelin increases enhance thalamocortical synchrony in motor learning

This deposit contains the computational model (available at https://github.com/AttwellLab/MyelinatedAxonModel) used for the axonal conduction simulations reported in this paper, together with the output data generated by these simulations. A set of MATLAB batch scripts was developed to execute the simulations in batch mode, and their outputs are stored in the result folder. The added .m files are as follows: run_batch_cortex.m: runs the cortex sample dataset from the original model paper in batch mode. run_batch_opticnerve.m: runs the optic nerve sample dataset from the original model paper in batch mode. run_batch_control.m: batch simulation script for the control group in this study. run_batch_dreadd.m: batch simulation script for the DREADD group in this study. run_batch_day0.m: batch simulation script for the Day 0 group in this study. run_batch_day13.m: batch simulation script for the Day 13 group in this study. description
