The changes of rhizosphere soil microbiome and metabolome during forest succession caused by forest disease

In this study, we aimed to explore dynamic changes in rhizosphere metabolites and rhizosphere microbial community of dominant tree species during forest succession caused by forest diseases. This data is the amplicon sequencing result of rhizosphere bacteria and fungi in this study.
