Reference databases for the snakemake-gatk-rna-workflow RNA-seq variant calling pipeline

This Zenodo record archives third-party reference databases used by the snakemake-gatk-rna-workflow pipeline (https://github.com/ManHUU/snakemake-gatk-rna-workflow).These files are re-hosted only as a stable fallback to ensure long-term reproducibility, in case the original sources become unavailable. All files remain the property of their original authors and retain their original licenses, listed per file below.
