Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of normal and gastric cardia cancer samples. The Illumina Infinium 850k Human DNA methylation Beadchip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 850,000 CpGs in normal and gastric cardia cancer samples. Samples included 8 normal -gastrica cardia cancer paired tissues. Overall design: Bisulphite converted DNA from the 16 samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium 850k Human Methylation Beadchip
