Whole-genome sequencing of 76 monosporic isolates derived from polyploid Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains and 10 isolates generated by intra-ascus mating of diploids

This study presents whole-genome sequencing data from 76 laboratory-derived monosporic isolates obtained from polyploid Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains and 10 isolates generated through intra-ascus mating of diploid strains. Genomic DNA was extracted from each isolate and sequenced using paired-end Illumina technology. The resulting data provide high-coverage whole-genome sequences suitable for chromosome copy number estimation and allele balance ratio calculations.
