Data and data analysis for: Alkalinity enrichment stimulates calcification and linear extension in Acropora cervicornis

In this study, we measured the effect of elevated alkalinity (three treatments; +1,200, +1,750, +1,850 micromoles per kilogram above ambient total alkalinity) over one month on calcification and linear extension of the Caribbean coral, Acropora cervicornis. This dataset includes raw and processed carbonate chemistry, growth, and photophysiology data (.csv) and a full analysis script in R Markdown (.Rmd) used to generate the figures and statistical results reported in the manuscript.
