# **Scope, Scale, and Value of the Data**

The sample dataset provides an annual estimate of CO2e emissions generated by energy use from residential properties, and an energy efficiency score based on ValAi's proprietary scoring model.

The data is designed to support policymakers, researchers, local government, environmental analysts, banks, insurers, property analysts, and other specialists in understanding energy consumption trends and assessing the carbon footprint across different residential areas.

It can be used for environmental impact studies, carbon mitigation strategies, energy efficiency program assessments, and various financial and risk assessments related to property and energy use.
