Reproducibility materials for an EHR-based abdominal surgery cohort study using MOVER EPIC

This repository contains reproducibility materials for a retrospective EHR-based abdominal surgery cohort study using the EPIC component of the Medical Informatics Operating Room Vitals and Events Repository (MOVER). The deposited materials include source data verification summaries, cohort construction scripts, outcome construction scripts, procedure-group mapping files, component frequency tables, and aggregate quality-check tables. This repository does not include original MOVER source data or record-level derived datasets. Researchers with approved access to MOVER can reproduce the analytic cohort and analyses using the provided code and documentation.
