Seasonal Fungal Sequence Survey in the Science Building of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Suzhou, China (September 2023 - August 2024)

This project investigated the seasonal dynamics of airborne fungi, with a particular focus on pathogenic species, in the Science Building of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Suzhou, China. Over one year (September 2023 to August 2024), air samples were collected biweekly from 44 locations throughout the building, including classrooms, laboratories, and parking areas. This dataset contains the raw fungal sequence data generated from these environmental samples, providing insights into the temporal variation of fungal communities in indoor academic spaces.
