Copyright and Usage Notice

All data presented herein were generated and tested by Kai Dong for the purpose of commercial evaluation and testing, and were intended to be provided to designated intermediaries and/or potential clients under a paid arrangement.

As of the date of upload, although the testing work has been fully completed and delivered, payment has not been received for more than two months following completion. For the purpose of protecting data security and intellectual property rights, the data are therefore uploaded to this public repository solely as a record of authorship and ownership.

Prior to the completion of full payment, all copyrights and associated intellectual property rights of these data remain exclusively with Kai Dong. No individual, institution, or third party is authorized to use, reproduce, distribute, analyze, cite, or otherwise exploit these data, in whole or in part, for any purpose.

Any unauthorized use of these data shall constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights. In such cases, Kai Dong reserves the right to require the infringing party to cease the infringement, eliminate its adverse impact, including but not limited to withdrawal of publications, removal of derivative works, and to pursue further legal remedies where appropriate.

Upon receipt of the agreed payment, the status of these data will be updated accordingly under this project, and authorized usage terms may be granted in writing.
