Signle-cell transcriptome sequencing of mouse eye tissue

This dataset represents a single-cell transcriptomic analysis of eye tissue (retina, RPE, choroid) from a 3-month-old mouse. The study has successfully sequenced an estimated 4,287 cells. On average, each cell in this dataset has been characterized by 88,514 reads, which provides a comprehensive view of the cellular activity. Additionally, the median number of genes detected per cell is 1,239, indicating a rich and diverse gene expression profile within these tissues.
