Exon capture optimization experiment in ambystomatid salamanders. Ambystoma

This dataset is from an experiment that tried to optimize exon capture target enrichment for large-genome amphibians. The experiment contains 53 different libraries derived from three different samples (one California tiger salamander, one F1 hybrid between a California tiger salamander and a barred tiger salamander, and one pool consisting of roughly 70% barred tiger salamander and 30% California tiger salamander). The libraries were exposed to different amounts of c0t-1 blocker and individual input DNA going into enrichment reactions, and enrichment efficiency was measured with unique read mapping rates after sequencing to determine the best enrichment conditions.
