Comparison of clinical sensitivity between Rapid antigen tests for SARS-CoV-2 to determine whether the sensitivity of different antigen tests differs significantly. Anatomical test location: ”N” anterior nasal cavity test, ”OP” deep oropharyngeal test, ”S” saliva. Comparisons of sensitivity estimates between any two tests were done paired (McNemar test for the true positive distribution within gold standard positive measurements) or nonpaired (chi-squared test for the true positive distribution within gold standard positive measurements). The choice of paired or nonpaired comparison was based on whether the majority of data came from individuals, who had taken both tests or individuals who had taken only one of the tests. To adjust for multiple testing, Bonferroni correction of the p-values was used by multiplying the p-value by the number of tests performed. A p-value larger than 1 after correction was set to 1. All analysis was done using R 3.6.1 (R Foundation for Statistical Computing, Vienna, Austria), all p-values less than 0.05 were considered statistically significant.
