抑郁症风险预测评估与早期诊断数据集

数据来源于中科院心理所的REST-meta-MDD consortium数据库，本次使用的为其中静息态功能连接的数据，包括1021个MDD患者和1100个对照受试者。每个受试者基于AAL_90的模板提取90*90的全脑功能连接数据，进一步转化为4005个功能连接的向量。此外，还包括受试者的性别、年龄、受教育年限及HAMD-17评分The data were obtained from the REST-meta-MDD consortium database of the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The resting-state functional connectivity dataset used in this study includes 1021 patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) and 1100 healthy control participants. For each participant, 90×90 whole-brain functional connectivity matrices were extracted based on the AAL_90 template, which were subsequently converted into a 4005-dimensional functional connectivity vector. Furthermore, demographic and clinical variables including sex, age, years of education, and 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) scores are provided for all subjects.
