Analysis of JMJD6 binding relative to the epigenomic landscape of BJ fibroblasts from young to replicative senescent. Overall design: BJ Fibroblasts with doxycycline inducible JMJD6 tagged with either TY1 or HA, were collected for ChIP-seq after acute doxycycline treatment, at young-quiescent and senescent stages. Tagged JMJD6 binding was then compared between young and senescent cells at senescence associated enhancer subsets.
