Genome-wide summary statistics and analysis code for a latent internalizing factor and its causal effect on medication burden

Genome-wide association summary statistics for a latent internalizing (negative-affectivity) factor, estimated with Genomic Structural Equation Modelling from four European-ancestry indicator GWAS (anxiety, depression, PTSD, and neuroticism), together with the analysis code for the accompanying two-sample Mendelian randomization study of the factor's causal effect on the number of medications taken. The factor GWAS covers 5,703,979 variants (GRCh37/hg19; European ancestry; effective sample size 1,862,480). See README.txt for file details.
