Canadian Bee Microbiome Response to Stressors Metagenome Sequencing

Metagenomic sequencing of Canadian bee colonies that have been exposed to the following stressors in cages Amitraz, Clothiadin, Formic Acid, boscalid, Fludioxonil, pyrimethanil, fluoropyram, pyraclostrobin, chlorantraniliprole, spinetoram, spriotetramat, flupyradifurone, sulfoxaflor, glyphosate, metconazole, IAPV, nosema, oxalic Acid, oxytetracycline, thiamethoxam, and varroa.Controls are separate for each treatment with the exception of the following which share controls.- Group A: boscalid + fludioxonil + pyrimethanil- Group B: fluopyram + pyraclostrobin- Group C: chlorantraniliprole + spinetoram + spirotetramat- Group D: flupyradifurone + sulfoxaflor- Group E: glyphosate + metconazole
