This record gathers all INSDC records generated from activities of project AtlantECO (EU-H2020 grant agreement No 862923), which aims to determine the structure and functions of Marine Microbiomes (microorganisms living in seawater, aerosols, sediments and on microplastics) of the Atlantic Ocean at basin and regional scales, and to develop novel Essential Ocean Variables (EOVs) that predict the state and health of marine ecosystems and the provision of Ecosystem Services (ES).
