FLARE 2023 Challenge Dataset

This dataset is a large-scale and diverse collection, containing 4,650 CT scan images from more than 40 medical centers and covering multiple cancer types. It is specifically designed for abdominal organ and pan-cancer segmentation. Additionally, the dataset includes partially annotated cases for training and fully annotated cases for testing, which cover various imaging protocols, equipment manufacturers, and disease types. In terms of scale, this dataset includes 4,650 CT scan images, and its core task is to perform joint segmentation of organs and lesions in CT scans.
