Processing of Multidetector Computed Tomography Data Sets for Surface and Volume Measurements of Equine Incisor Teeth: The 3D Segmentation Assisted with Clustering Analysis

The dataset contains computed tomography (CT) images of head horses with annotations of 12 segments corresponding to areas with teeth. Imaged animals: 49 horses.
