Intestinal nematodes live in close contact with their host s intestinal microbiota and infections are extremely widespread in humans as well as companion animals, livestock and wildlife. Many nematode species have tissue migratory life stages in the absence of severe systemic inflammation of the host.For this project the microbiome from the host and the parasite is analyzed using a model Ascaris and pigs model.Amplicon sequencing data 16S rRNA V4 from host infected with the parasite.
