Validation of the HPLC method for ex vivo agomelatine permeation test

The raw data from validation of the analytical HPLC method for the ex vivo permeation test (IVPT) of agomelatine (AGM). The raw data from validation of the analytical HPLC method for the ex vivo permeation test (IVPT) of agomelatine (AGM) through full thickness human skin was performed using a High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) apparatus (Shimadzu Nexera-I LC-2040C, Japan) and LabSolution Lite software. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: a reversed-phase C18 column (HyperClone BDS C18, 5 µm, 4.6 × 250 mm, Phenomenex, Torrance, CA, USA) was used. The column was maintained at 30.0 ± 0.2°C.. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and a 0.05 M potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution, adjusted to pH = 2.9 with 85% orthophosphoric acid, in a ratio of 35:65, respectively. The analysis was run in isocratic mode with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The wavelength for AGM detection was 230 nm.The set contains data in LCD/ LCB format, created using the LabSolutions software (HPLC, Nexera LC 2040C). Data file (.lcd) contains all analysis results and acquisition information from the following files. Data in .txt format can be read without the need for LabSolutions software.
