311 Citizen Requests for Service

The 311 Citizen Requests for Service dashboard provides an interface for users to view and interact with citizen requests for service. The data is categorized by status (open, in progress, closed) and type (blight, garbage, mowing, etc). Users have the ability to apply filters on the data such as date range, council district, neighborhood, or ZIP code. When filters are applied the associated web map will update to reflect the changes. Note: Data presented in the 311 Citizen Requests for Service dashboard is for the last 365 days.
