Amplicon sequencing of fungal bioaerosols

The study is on the size-resolved amplicon sequencing of fungal bioaerosols collected from a continental agricultural region. The fungal bioaerosol diversity in an agricultural region and the pathogenic and non-pathogenic fungal species identification are emphasized in the study. Such studies are vital to predict and control early pathogenic fungal invasions.
