In this study, we aimed to characterise differentially regulated genes and pathways in skeletal muscle of Parkin KO mice as compared to wild type upon fasting. Fed and 48 h fasted mice were sacrificed and their Gas muscles were dissected. Total RNA was isolated using mirVANA miRNA isolation kit as per manufacturer's guidelines.
