Genotypes and phenotypes of four human populations in relation to drug metabolism

This archive contains the genotypic and phenotypic information generated for the article by Mouterde et al. (2022) in Genome Biology and Evolution.

The archive is composed of three different data sets:
1) Genotypic data generated with an array
2) Phenotypic data as AUC ratios
3) Covariates used in GWAS analyses

More information is provided in the README.txt

The data will be made available upon signing a Data Use Agreement (to be asked by emailing [e-mail]), assuring that the data will only be used in accordance with the restrictions of the informed consent, and agreeing that the data will be destroyed after the research is completed.
