资源简介:
Reduced lymphoid enhancer-binding factor 1 (LEF1) expression in patients with adenomyosis during the mid-secretory phase leads to impaired endometrial receptivity, affecting embryo implantation. These patients often experience decreased fertility due to reduced endometrial receptivity in assisted reproductive technology. This study employed a cross-sectional design to investigate the molecular mechanisms influencing reduced endometrial receptivity in patients with adenomyosis during the mid-secretory phase. The study included 25 patients with adenomyosis and 25 controls, centering on the molecular mechanisms affecting endometrial receptivity during the mid-secretory phase. Functional experiments were conducted using human endometrial stromal cells (HESCs) and TERT-immortalized HESCs(T-HESCs), with final validation performed using a mouse model.
