The columns of the file include “Year Of study”, the “Species” of Borrelia spp., “Latitude” and “Longitude” of the original report, “Prevalence” of the original report, and “Sample” (number of questing ticks included in the original report). Included are also the values obtained from each environmental variable (TFourier1 to TFourier 3, and VFourier 1 to VFourier 3, meaning for the three coefficients of the harmonic regression of MODIS-derived variables).
