SAT3 Dataset

This dataset contains directories of nonlinear and linear CGYRO simulations that were used in the development of the quasilinear saturation rule SAT3, as described in this paper. The dataset is detailed in section 3, with a summary of the parameters used in table 1. The dataset directory names follow the labelling of table 1, such that for example 'f_H' corresponds to the case of a/Ln = 3.0 performed with an H plasma. 

The nonlinear directories also contain .dat files for the kx's (kxs.dat) and ky's (kys.dat) used in the simulations, as well as .dat files for the mean kx's (defined by equation 12 of the paper, mean_kx.dat), the spectral widths (the square root of equation 13, sigmas.dat) and the 1D and 2D potential spectra averaged over time and flux surface (ky_pots.dat and kxky_pots.dat, the LHS of equation 5 and the argument of the sum on the RHS respectively). The standard deviations of these quantities (*_errs.dat) are also included, calculated via the method described in section 3.
