The data behind this dashboard combines new construction permits from the BluePrince (2010-2017) and Energov (2017-present) permitting systems. BluePrince permit types were translated to match the new Energov permit types using the following: 'Commercial Building Permit' = 'Building Commercial' 'New Construction of Multi Family Attached Building Permit 2 or more units under the IBC' = 'Building Multi-Family' 'New Single Family Dwelling Permit'= 'Single Family/Duplex Dwelling' 'Owner/Builder Residential Bldg. Permit' = 'Single Family/Duplex Dwelling' 'Residential Building Permit'= 'Single Family/Duplex Dwelling' PASSEDFINAL means a Final Building Inspection was passed.
