Transcriptome analysis of loranthus seeds under cold stress

We treated the loranthus seeds under zero degree for 0 h, 12 h and 36 h. After total RNA was extracted, they were sent for deep sequencing. Bioinformatics analysis was employed to assemble the transcriptome of loran thus seeds under cold stress and profile the gene expression. The main aim of this study was to investigate the gene changes of the loran thus seeds in response to cold.
