This dataset was collected through a structured questionnaire for the research titled "An Evaluation of Design Gaps in the Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Indonesia Website Based on Heuristic Evaluation and the GOV.UK Design System Standards." Participants included Indonesian taxpayers aged 18 and older with active tax obligations. The collected data provides valuable insights into user experiences and perceptions regarding the usability and design of the DJP website.
