(i) A gzipped tar file holding input files and output files generated by the CASINO quantum Monte Carlo software (https://vallico.net/casinoqmc/) in calculations of the total energies and pair-distribution functions of trions and biexcitons in coupled-quantum-well heterostructures. The hierarchy of directory names should be self-explanatory. (ii) A git patch containing the modifications to the CASINO software required to reproduce our calculations (patch to be applied to v2.13.558 of the main CASINO distribution).
