Gene expression profile at single cell level of endothelial cells (ECs) from the WT and Apoa1bp-/- mice adductors with femoral artery ligation (FAL) injury

Establishment of collateral circulation (CC) is crucial for the treatment of ischemic disease, such as peripheral artery disease (PAD). We performed single-cell transcriptomic analysis to explore the cellular mechanism underlying CC. Overall design: Adductors from WT or Apoa1bp-/- mice were collected for scRNA-seq on the day7 of FAL injury.
