Annual health examination dataset for permanent residents aged 65 years and older, including health assessment, lifestyle questionnaire, self-care ability assessment, chronic disease symptom screening, physical examination, basic vital signs, laboratory tests, electrocardiogram (ECG) and abdominal B-ultrasound, health guidance, chronic disease management advice, fall prevention, osteoporosis prevention and other specialized geriatric health guidance information, which is mainly used for the management of elderly residents' health examination information.
