Dataset for "Predictive values of peripheral blood biomarkers for atezolizumab in combination with bevacizumab, carboplatin and pemetrexed therapy in EGFR-mutant metastatic non-small cell lung cancer patients"

The Dataset.xlsx is the dataset for my MPhil thesis titled "Predictive values of peripheral blood biomarkers for atezolizumab in combination with bevacizumab, carboplatin and pemetrexed therapy in EGFR-mutant metastatic non-small cell lung cancer patients".
This dataset contains information regarding all 40 patients recruited under the ML40560 clinical trial, including their demographic information, previous EGFR-TKI treatment, Patient Reported Outcome (PRO), serum and serum exosomal levels of 8 biomarkers and other clinical data relevant to their treatment. For detailed description of each variable, please refer to the README.txt file.
