Employees with fixed and flexible work schedules South Korea 2015-2024

According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2024, about 3.3 million wage and salary workers were working under flexible work arrangements, while around 18.8 million had fixed working hours. The number of workers making use of flexible working arrangements, such as flextime or working from home, increased sharply during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, those who work under fixed work schedules still prevail in South Korea.
