Moleculo and nanopore sequencing of prairie soil. soil metagenome

This study uses a variety of sequencing methodologies to investigate microbes in prairie soil. Nanopore sequencing, short-read shotgun sequencing, and Moleculo (Illumina trused synthetic long-read) sequencing all produce complimentary (and differently sensitive) windows into the genomes of the uncultivated.
