HSPC_FSCLVM_DATA&CODE

The dataset contains the supplementary materials of linked paper "Genetic pathways regulating hematopoietic lineage speciation: factorial latent variable model analysis of single cell transcriptome". DIB_hspc_fsclvm.R is the R code used to reproduce all the results of the linked paper. The raw data as input is the dataset from the reference. Both hspc_data.csv and hspc.rds are preprocessed data, but hspc_data.csv is in data frame format, while hspc.rds is in Seurat object format. All other RDS files and csv files are intermediate outputs from key steps of whole analysis process. Figure_related_data.xlsx contains the data related to the Figure1-1 and Figure1-2 in the paper.
