Vegetação arbórea da Reserva da Guaricica

Dados de parâmetros estruturais da vegetação coletados na módulo Rio Cachoeira, na Reserva Natural da Guaricica em Antonina, PR. Inclui informação de espécie/morfoespécie, corrdenadas x e y, CAP/DAP, altura e observações feitas em campo obtidas nas dez parcelas de 1 ha do módulo.

**Abstract**
This study presents a comprehensive vegetation dataset from the Guaricica Nature Reserve in Antonina, Paraná, Brazil, collected between 2014 and 2016 using the RAPELD long-term ecological research framework. The dataset documents structural parameters of tree communities across ten 1-hectare plots within the Rio Cachoeira module, including circumference at breast height (CAP), diameter at breast height (DBH), individual coordinates (X-Y), and taxonomic identification to morphospecies level. Measurements were standardized using transect-based sampling along trails, with taxonomic resolution enhanced by a dual coding system combining genus/epithet abbreviations. Key ecological metrics such as height estimation, mortality flags, and multi-stem adjustments (Total CAP) were integrated to support analyses of forest dynamics.
