Effect of Gal-8 treatment on gene expression of human CD14+ monocytes

Galectin-8 is an identified ligand of LILRB4, which is an immune checkpoint receptor expressed on monocytic cells.Isolated human CD14+ cells from human PBMC were treated with or without Galectin-8 to test transcriptome alteration. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 replicates from each group. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Isolated human CD14+ cells with or without Galectin 8 treatment.
