孝感市孝南区-国家机构-主动公开事项目录

为落实党中央国务院和省委省政府关于做好新时代政务公开工作的有关要求，切实提升政务公开标准化规范化水平，结合孝南区各单位组织的本机关内设机构，围绕职能履行梳理现行有效的法律、法规、规章、和规范性文件，整理出对政务公开有明确要求的文件，形成事项依据，逐项明确公开事项、公开内容、公开依据、公开范围等要素形成主动公开事项目录。

To implement the relevant requirements of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, the provincial Party committee and the provincial people's government on advancing government information disclosure work in the new era, and effectively improve the standardization and regularization level of government information disclosure work. Leveraging the internal institutions of the relevant organs under various units in Xiaonan District, we sorted out the currently valid laws, regulations, rules and normative documents in line with their functional responsibilities, selected out the documents with explicit requirements for government information disclosure as the basis for each disclosure item, clarified core elements including disclosure items, disclosure contents, disclosure basis and disclosure scope item by item, and finally formed the proactive disclosure item catalog.
