资源简介:
Cadaver decay is the key process of carbon cycle in the natural ecosystem. Carbon fixation is a carbon conversion process that converts carbon dioxide into organic carbon. However, the effects of animal carcass decay on cbbL-containing autotrophic microbes (CCAM) in soil environment are still unknown. In this study, thirty plateau pika (Ochotona curzoniae) corpses were placed on alpine meadow soil for a 94-day decomposition. To elucidate how carcass decay affected cbbL-containing autotrophic microbes, next-generation sequencing was utilized. Our results revealed that pika cadaver degradation caused the differentiation of structure in the CCAM and made the medium-stage network of CCAM more complicated. In this decomposition process, time, treatment and environmental factors were the main influential factors. The turnover rate accelerated due to the carcass decomposition (the absolute value of w was 0.411). The stochastic process predominated the assembly mechanism of experimental groups, especially in the early period (stochastic process occupied > 94.9%).
