Lipidomics analysis of EV-treated samples

This dataset contains lipidomics data derived from EV-treated and control samples analyzed using LC–MS. Extracellular vesicles (EVs) were isolated from probiotic<i> Pediococcus acidilactici</i> and applied to experimental samples. The dataset includes normalized peak intensity tables, sample information, and methodological details. All data were acquired using a Thermo Q Exactive LC–MS platform under negative ionization mode. These data support findings presented in the manuscript “Harnessing the unique lipid composition and small RNA-delivery capacity of probiotic Pediococcus acidilactici-derived extracellular vesicles”.
